Hey Berry, I'm confused, are all of the images in the last couple of posts yours? How many will you have in this show? Anyway, lookin good, don't be afraid to ask for what you want for your work...though easier said than done eh?

I know the "what if nothing sales" fear very well...especially since I like the couple that owns the little gallery I'm showing at and I want them to make some money from my show. They haven't been open for very long and every artist they've show so far has sold really well, I don't want to be their first dud!

Oh well, I guess it's our jobs to paint the stuff and then try to just let go of all the fear n crap.

Anyway, good luck, I'm sure everything will go wonderfully!

Yeah, sell or starve, but dang, y'work so hard to get to the picture it's like a stab in the heart when someone comes at ya with a dime on the dollar offer.
Then again, I always remember that ol' Vincent only did one barter with his paintings.
And, what a doozy! He paid for rent with a painting and the innkeeper suppoedly didn't like it so he tacked it to a tree and let his nephew shoot arrows at it for practice......
I'm thinking that the innkeeper is infamous in that family.
